Business Development Executive

Based in our Cairo office, targeting real estate developers, hospitality groups, and government projects across Saudi Arabia, Oman, and the broader GCC.
You will own the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to signed contracts.
Commission is uncapped — you set your own income ceiling.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow a B2B client base among real estate developers, government entities, and hospitality groups in KSA and Oman
- Own the complete sales cycle — prospecting, qualifying, presenting, proposing, negotiating, and closing
- Prepare tailored commercial proposals and follow up systematically until deal closure
- Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, industry events, and strategic client meetings in the Gulf
- Use AI tools to research prospects, draft outreach, and build personalized pitch decks faster
- Coordinate closely with the creative and marketing teams to tailor offerings and convert leads
- Maintain a clean, updated CRM pipeline and report weekly on activity and forecasts
Requirements
- Experience: 3–7 years in B2B Sales or Business Development — with documented, measurable results
- Age: 25–38 years
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Architecture (preferred)
- Languages: Arabic (native) · English (fluent, written and spoken) · French (a plus)
- Travel: Must be willing and able to travel regularly to KSA and Oman
- Industry: Prior experience in real estate, exhibitions, architectural services, or premium B2B services is a strong advantage
- Personality: Hunter mentality — self-driven, ambitious, comfortable working independently with high accountability
- Presentation: Professional appearance and strong interpersonal presence for executive-level client meetings

- ChatGPT / Claude: Draft outreach messages, proposals, and meeting follow-ups in minutes
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Identify, map, and approach decision-makers at target accounts
- AI Presentation Tools (Gamma, Beautiful.ai, or similar): Build fast, sharp pitch decks
- CRM + AI Automation (HubSpot, Notion AI, or similar): Keep pipeline clean and follow-ups automated
- Research & Insights: Use AI to monitor market trends, competitor activity, and prospect intelligence in the GCC
